We understand that sometimes returns are necessary and we’re happy to help you out in any way we can. Our return policy is easy to follow. You have a whole 30 days to make your return as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, and you have your receipt or proof of purchase.
Just a tip – please don’t send the item back to the manufacturer. They won’t be able to help you. If you return the item late, if it shows signs of use, if it’s missing any parts, or if it’s not in its original condition, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
If you do decide to return an item, we’ll email you once the refund is on its way. You’ll need to cover the Return shipping costs of the item, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service and buying insurance for more expensive items – just in case.
